Summer! Salmon on the BBQ with herbs and lemon fits perfectly with that! Very simple with fresh herbs you make a healthy BBQ dish.

Ingredients per person:
  • Salmon fillet of approximately 175 grams
  • Half a lemon
  • A handful of fresh dill (otherwise dried)
  • Pepper and sea salt to taste

For the marinade

  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 2 cm fresh ginger, peeled and grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • juice of half a lemon
  • pepper and sea salt to taste

Supplies :

  • Wooden board
  • BBQ Tongs
  • Smoking chips

Preparation method:

  1. Start with the marinade; make a mixture of 1 clove of pressed garlic, 2 cm of fresh ginger, peeled and grated, 2 tbsp of soy sauce, juice of half a lemon, pepper and sea salt to taste;
  2. Place your salmon in the marinade here and leave for 15 minutes;
  3. Heat the BBQ directly to 180 degrees;
  4. Then place the salmon steak on the wooden board. Slice the lemon and place it, together with the dill, on the salmon;
  5. Sprinkle with some sea salt and pepper;
  6. Place this package on the barbecue for about 12 minutes and your salmon is ready!
